Iryna Manukovska is and innovation leader who transforms complex business challenges into practical frameworks and actionable strategies. Known for creating elegant solutions that accelerate decision-making and market validation. Combines deep expertise in strategy, technology, and human-centred design to build sustainable innovation systems. Core activity today is related to innovation management and mentorship of tech entrepreneurs and founders who struggle with resilience and adaptation. As a starting point of her career, she got a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and rushed into business as a project manager of the national automotive racing championship, got a voluminous experience leading an Ogilvy Digital Marketing Practice in CIS, and finally settled in the tech industry for the last five years.

Iryna's passion is about bringing a new perspective to existing stuff and knowledge via the power of storytelling. She runs a LinkedIn podcast, "Make your Innovation Work", and contributes to Ukrainian and international European media and conferences. Guest lecturer on the Entrepreneurial Leadership and Management program at SET University.
