CAPSonomics as a method was developed by Iryna Manukovska to summarize 18 years of experience in client relations and account management in the B2B service industry to describe a system that helps to develop outcome-based relations with clients, teams, stakeholders, and partners and establish long-term relations with a purpose and benefit.

CAPSonomics offers a system that may be implemented and a set of frameworks to be educated with and is based on four principles:

  • Curiosity. This one is about passion and honesty. We like to communicate with those who are really interested in what we are doing. 

  • Accountability. It’s about trust. We need to provide confidence and predictability to our peers.

  • Persistency is a foundation, as well as accountability. We need to be confident in what we are doing and asking; it means we have the plan to follow and the nerve to follow the plan.

  • Surprise. This is fuel for our emotions and the foundations for the emotional part of the relations. And it does work for the business itself.

I’m a strategic marketing and client relations advisor who is focused on effective solutions able to beat the black swans of today.  I've spent almost two dozen years across the industries helping various businesses to establish outcome-based relations with their peers.  Building a system on top of the relations with clients, employees, and any stakeholders is what I'm focusing on.

My experience is 18 years of business development in b2b service experience. I started my career with national auto-racing championships management, have worked in the publishing industry, was responsible for delivering communicational & marketing services at Ogilvy Public Relations for both local & international clients, and have run my own business in the creative area.
